
Islamabad: The business community of the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad on Friday hailed the visit of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan for strengthening and enhancing the economic and trade relations between Pakistan and Turkey.
The Turkish business experts from energy pharmaceutical and construction sectors who accompanied the Turkish President during the visit also explored new investment opportunities in Pakistan, and CPEC framework, President Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) Raja Amir Iqbal told APP here on Friday.
He said that Turkish entrepreneurs and businessmen could take advantage of Pakistan’s business-friendly climate and bring investments in different sectors including agriculture. Turkish investors and businessmen would also be benefiting from CPEC which is a portfolio of 46 billion investment in Pakistan.
